Cancellation

Cancellation of Orders:

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit.

Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with Us on hello@sakshamneharicka.com for a prompt resolution.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, without any extra charges.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours of being placed to the time your order has not been shipped will attract a cancellation charge of 25%-75% as per the processing status of the order.

Alternatively, we offer credit notes against it that is redeemable within 180 days from the issue date against the cancellations if requested.

Orders once shipped can not be cancelled whatsoever.
